Annual Recurring Payment Authorization

By submitting this payment, I hereby authorize and instruct the Strathmore Great Neck Community (HOA), its authorized agents, and its payment processor to charge the payment method I provide for the full annual dues amount listed, and to continue charging my payment method on a recurring annual basis until this authorization is revoked in accordance with the terms below.

This recurring payment authorization is being disclosed to me in a clear and conspicuous manner in compliance with New York General Business Law, and by proceeding, I provide the required affirmative consent for automatic renewal and recurring charges.

Terms of Recurring Annual Charges

I understand and agree that:

• The HOA will automatically charge my payment method once per year on or after the annual renewal date.
• This agreement constitutes an auto-renewing annual payment plan 
• This authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it using the permitted cancellation method.

I further acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring my payment method is valid, updated, and able to process the annual dues. 

Cancellation Rights

In accordance with New York General Business I understand that:

• I may cancel this recurring payment authorization at any time.
• The HOA provides a simple, accessible, and timely cancellation mechanism, which includes written notice by email or mail to the designated HOA contact.
• Cancellation must be received at least 30 days before the next scheduled annual charge to prevent the upcoming payment.
• Verbal cancellation is not accepted.

Changes to Dues Amount (Advance Notice Guaranteed)

If the HOA changes the annual dues amount:

• The HOA will provide no less than 90 days’ advance written notice to all residents before any adjusted amount is charged.
• After receiving notice, I may update or cancel my payment authorization before the new amount takes effect.
• Failure to cancel after proper notice constitutes authorization for the revised annual dues amount.

Acknowledgment and Affirmative Consent

By proceeding with this payment, I affirm and agree that:

• I have read and understand this Recurring Payment Authorization, including the auto-renewal terms.
• I am providing affirmative consent to recurring annual charges
• I understand how to cancel my authorization and have access to the HOA’s governing documents and payment policies.
